What is the 7-Day Return Guarantee? How do I get a defective item replaced? Every product sold at and is covered under our 7-Day Return Policy. Notify us about problems, damages or defects within 7 days from the date of delivery, and we will either send a replacement product to you or refund your money, provided the procedure below is followed.
